The idea for Move Well Classes came from a number of sources, mainly Anatomy in Motion and Somatic exercise. Best described as a fusion of a therapy session and corrective exercise. Movements are explored on a joint by joint basis and gentle exercises used to release restrictions and compare the ease of moving.

By creating an awareness of joint movement and positioning as well as exploring breath and reducing tension the goal is to move better.

Offered as a 45 minute session.
